Tickets

Where can I buy Tickets?

Open Agenda on our website, choose the concert you want to attend and follow its official ticket link. Only buy from Mystiek Productions or the official venue and ticketing partners shown there. We cannot take responsibility for tickets bought through other platforms or misleading discount offers.

Where can I find my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket is sent to the email address used for the purchase, although delivery can take a few hours. Check your spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, contact the ticket platform or Mystiek Productions for help.

Where do I sit or stand?

Standing concerts do not have fixed places, so arriving when the doors open gives you the widest choice. For seated concerts, your seat number is printed on the ticket. Most systems can select the best available seats in your category or let you choose seats manually. Contact us if you need help.

Until when can I buy tickets?

Tickets can generally be bought while stock remains, including at the door until the concert starts. Some venues or ticket platforms close online sales about an hour before showtime, so check with the venue or official ticket partner if you are buying at the last minute.

Can I cancel my tickets?

Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be cancelled.

The concert is postponed, what now?

We will work to announce a replacement date as soon as possible. If you cannot attend the new date, contact the platform where you bought the ticket. Refund and voucher policies can differ by country and ticket provider.

Concert rules

When can I come to the concert?

The door time is listed on your ticket or on the official ticket partner's event page. Doors usually open between thirty and ninety minutes before the performance. Contact us if you cannot find the information.

Can I attend the concert if I have a wheelchair / am handicapped?

Yes. Most ticket partners offer dedicated wheelchair and companion tickets where the venue allows. If you cannot find an accessible ticket, contact us and we will do our best to arrange a comfortable place.

Can I bring a camera to the concert?

A small camera without interchangeable lenses or a mobile phone is normally allowed. Professional and video cameras are prohibited. Any permitted visual or audio recording is for private, personal use only and remains subject to the artist's rights and venue policy.

What happens if I arrive late to a concert?

Admitting latecomers can disrupt a performance. Entry after the start is decided per concert; in many cases you will need to wait for a suitable break or applause before staff can show you in.

What can I do to become a volunteer?

We welcome volunteers who want to learn what happens behind the scenes. Volunteers generally arrive ninety minutes before the concert and may help backstage, collect audience surveys or assist at merchandise. Contact us to apply and we will respond as soon as possible.

What can I not bring to a concert?

Do not bring food, drugs, animals, professional camera or recording equipment, drones, weapons or chains, fireworks, flares, toxic, flammable or explosive materials. Drinks and other liquids are not allowed, except where the venue permits water in an uncapped plastic bottle of up to 0.5 litres. Venue rules can be stricter, so leave unnecessary items and valuables at home.

Can I meet the artist after the concert?

Tour schedules and venue policies mean we cannot promise meetings before or after a show. We occasionally run meet-and-greet competitions through our social channels, so follow Mystiek Productions for announcements.

Where can I find the merchandise of the artist?

Selected concerts have a merchandise stand with artist items. Availability differs from show to show, and we are also working toward an online store.

Is there a minimum age requirement for attendance?

The minimum age for attendance at our concerts is seven years.
