TICKETS

Tickets for concerts organized by Mystiek Productions can be purchased in the following ways:

  • Visit our website, go to the “Agenda” section, and click on your favorite concert. You can then purchase tickets directly through our website.
  • Please only purchase tickets through our official partners. Do not buy tickets from any other platform, even if they offer discounts. These offers can be misleading. We are not responsible for any problems that may arise from such purchases.

Your e-tickets will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. This process may take a few hours. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your e-tickets in your inbox. If you do not receive your e-tickets by email, you can contact the ticket platform or us for assistance.

If it is a standing concert, you will not be assigned fixed seats. We recommend that you arrive when the doors open so you can choose the perfect spot!

If it is a seated concert, you should be able to find the seat numbers on your tickets. Most ticketing systems offer a “Best available seats” option, which will assign you the best possible seat within the category you specify. Alternatively, you can manually choose your seats if desired.

If you experience any problems selecting the right seats, please feel free to contact us.

As long as tickets are available, you can purchase them at the door until the start of the concert. Most of our online sales outlets also offer last-minute ticket purchases. However, some ticket platforms or venues may close online sales an hour before the concert.

To be sure, you can contact the concert venue or the ticket platform handling the concert you want to attend.

It is not possible to cancel already purchased tickets.

We understand that it is very disappointing if the concert for which you have purchased tickets is postponed. We are doing our best to find a new date for the concert.

If you are unable to attend the new date, you can contact the ticket platform where you purchased your ticket. It is important to note that the refund and voucher policies may vary by country.

If the concert you were planning to attend is cancelled, you can contact the ticket platform where you purchased your ticket for refund. It is important to note that the refund and voucher policies may vary by country.

If you are unable to reach the ticket platform, you can always contact us for assistance.

It is not possible to modify or cancel an existing order. If you know which seats were previously reserved, you can place a new order to reserve seats located next to or near the previously ordered seats. However, this can only be done by placing a new order.

Concert Rules

We announce the opening time of the doors for each concert. You can find this information on your ticket or on the event page of our ticketing partner’s website. You can enter the venue after the designated time.

Typically, the doors open at least half an hour and up to an hour and a half before the concert.

If you are unable to find this information, please contact us.

Of course, this is possible. Most of our ticketing partners sell special tickets for wheelchair users and their companions based on the feasibility of the venues. If you cannot find a way to purchase a special wheelchair ticket, please contact us.

We will do our best to provide you with a comfortable space.

It is allowed to bring a small camera or mobile phone to a concert, provided that it does not have the ability to change lenses. Professional cameras are therefore prohibited. Additionally, it is only allowed to use the visual and/or sound recordings for personal use within your private circle. Video cameras are prohibited at all times due to the rights of the artist.

It can be quite disruptive to let latecomers into the venue after the start of the concert. Therefore, we determine for each concert whether there is a suitable moment to admit latecomers. In most cases, people who arrive late will have to wait until an applause moment.

We are always looking for new volunteers who want to learn about what goes on behind the scenes. We expect our volunteers to arrive at the concert venue one and a half hours before the start of the concert. You can help us prepare backstage, collect guest surveys, or assist us at the merchandise stand. For our volunteers, we also offer a unique opportunity to meet the artist.

If this interests you, you can apply by contacting us. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

The following items are not allowed at our events:

  • Drinks (except for water in plastic bottles of up to 0.5 liters, without a cap. We advise against bringing a reusable water bottle). Other liquids are also not allowed.
  • Food
  • Drugs
  • Professional cameras, film, sound, GoPro devices, and other recording equipment
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles (known as UAVs or drones) or other flying objects
  • Weapons, chains, or other objects that can be used as weapons or that can disturb the peace
  • Toxic, flammable, or explosive materials, fireworks, and flares
  • Animals

If you are unsure whether you can bring something, and if it is not necessary, do not bring it in general. We cannot allow items that are not allowed inside. Therefore, do not bring unnecessary items and valuables to concerts.

We understand how special it is to see your favorite artist up close. However, due to the tight tour schedule, venue policy, and other reasons, we cannot allow everyone to meet the artist before or after the concert.

Occasionally, we hold Meet & Greet contests on our social media channels. We recommend that you follow our social media accounts so that you are always up to date. Who knows, you may soon meet your favorite artist.

Why not enhance your music experience with your favorite artist by owning unique merchandise? At various concerts, you will find a merchandise stand with a variety of items. Behind the scenes, we are also working hard to develop an online store.
