Timeless, romantic, catchy... Levent Yüksel's music is a trademark in Turkish pop. Born in 1964 in Antalya, Turkey, Levent Yüksel is a composer, musician and singer. Trained in double bass at the conservatory, Yüksel's path soon crossed with Sezen Aksu, and he performed not only as a bassist but also as a singer. In 1993, he released his first album, Medcezir, which quickly climbed the charts and earned a place among the top three best 100 albums in Turkey. Following his debut, Yüksel released a series of albums, including Levent Yüksel'in 2. CD'si (1995), Bi'daha (1997), Adı Menekşe (1998), Aşkla (2000), Uslanmadım (2004), Kadın Şarkıları (2006),and Hayatıma Dokunan Şarkılar (2017).
